it's time to get healthy ...!


i have no idea how much my weight is right now ,

and i seriously don't know if its good or bad

(more to bad, i guess?) so , many things need to be done! lol :)))

1.swim, swim and swim

2.less eating (but often of course)

3.no fast food pleaseee (except ice cream!)

4.sleep early

5.BE HAPPY

6.fasting

7. eat more fruits and vege

(don't say i'm a health freak ! just need to do a BIT changes .that's all .hehe)
